Developing a world class workplace: Wellbeing@work

Since 2010, Atos’ global transformation program, Wellbeing@work, has been developing initiatives and activities to encourage new ways of working, intensively using new technologies while matching the social expectations of employees and the ‘Y generation'.

 

Atos Poland receives Great Place to Work Award 2014 for the 3rd year running.


Atos in Poland was ranked in third place by the Great Place to Work survey in the category for companies with more than 500 employees. This is the third year that Atos has achieved the Great Place to Work Award in Poland, where it employs more than 2500 people in Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Wroclaw and Gdansk.

“We are proud that for the third time we were on the podium in the Great Place to Work competition. This is a confirmation that the HR policy pursued by Atos satisfies our employees. We are committed to the satisfaction of our employees, that’s why we focus our attention on their potential and talent management,” said Dariusz Baran, Country Manager for Atos in Poland.

The appreciation of the company is the result of a survey conducted among employees and the audited culture of the organization. These both elements allow the Great Place to Work Institute to recognize companies with the best HR practices and management programs. The key survey elements are: trust, fairness, respect, pride and camaraderie in the workplace.
